- Senior Operations Manager: We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager, who will have oversight of all the component projects and support the operational team in working to the milestones and making sure that the resources and appropriate planning and reporting structures are in place. You will work closely with our key partners who are the WHO, other academic groups around the world, as well as DFID, the Gates Foundation and many other prestigious global health organisations. It is essential that you have a scientific qualification or a degree in medical sciences or a relevant commercial field. Strong experience as a project manager, grant manager or in business development is a must. This position is available on a full-time basis, fixed-term for 3 years in the first instance. - The Global Health Network Manager: The Global Health Network Manager post is a key and senior role in this rapidly expanding and highly impactful programme. The Global Health Network holds a wealth of information and resources to encourage and support research. You will be tasked with making the best use of this valuable knowledge by getting it to those who need it to inform and guide their research ambitions. You will closely engage with the various research groups who collaborate within The Global Health Network and work with them to encourage the sharing and reporting of methods, tools and resources across a wide range of therapeutics areas and geographic regions. - Research Capacity Development Manager: This is an excellent opportunity for a Clinical Research Capacity Development Manager to join our team. You will have experience, or a strong interest, in training and skills sharing. The post will involve developing tools, resources, templates and systems that can all combine to enable research in places where it currently does not happen. The role will be based mostly in Oxford, but you will be required to travel to these regions. The ideal candidate will be motivated by the idea of training nurses, doctors, midwives, lab staff and pharmacists in developing countries to take part in clinical trials and observational studies. - Impact and Methodology Research Manager: We are seeking an Impact and Methodology Research Manager, who will be responsible for providing design, implementation and coordination for all the impact assessment and methodology research within the group, as well as any of the research methodology studies that the network collaborates on. You will facilitate and conduct research projects that explore wider related questions around how to enable improved clinical research in resource constrained settings and how our community uses the network resources within their work. This role will work closely with the operational team and regional partners, who you will closely collaborate with. The studies will largely be mixed methods involving qualitative and quantitative methods. This position is available on a full-time basis, fixed-term for 3 years in the first instance.
